1. Can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number - then it's time to get pumped!

2. Do I pay import fees?

Great question! The customer will be responsible for any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving their shipment. Taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

3. Where is my order?

Usually, orders arrive safely within the stated transit times. Depending on various factors, some shipments can take longer to arrive. If the maximum shipping time has passed since your order shipped (you should have received a shipping notification email), please let us know.

Contact us at hello@studiohigan.com with your order number, so that we can investigate this for you - we want all orders to arrive safe and sound.

Please be aware that if an item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will need to charge additional shipping fees to re-send the package.

We also cannot be held liable for returned packages that are lost en route.
